What does the initial consultation involve?

The first meeting is simply a conversation. We ask about your family's situation, what matters to you, and what questions you have. From there we outline how Thai inheritance law applies and what steps might be worth considering. There is no expectation to proceed further after the consultation.

How long does it take to have a will drafted?

For most families, the drafting process takes one to three weeks from the point we have a clear picture of your wishes. More involved situations may take a little longer. We keep you informed throughout and never rush the process.

Can foreign nationals use your services?

Yes. We assist both Thai nationals and foreign residents holding assets in Thailand. Inheritance rules for non-nationals can be more involved, and we're familiar with the relevant procedures. We conduct consultations in English and Thai.

What if a family member has already passed and there is no will?

This is a common situation. Thai law sets out how an estate is distributed when no will exists, and we can walk you through what this means for your family. Our Full Inheritance Handling service covers these cases and manages the necessary steps on your behalf.

How are your fees structured?

We believe families should know what they're paying before they commit. Our fees are set out clearly — ฿3,500 for an initial consultation, ฿5,700 for document drafting, and ฿7,900 for full inheritance handling. Any additional costs that might arise are discussed with you first.

Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely. Everything you share with us is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Thai professional legal standards and our own privacy practices. Your family's affairs are never discussed or shared outside the scope of your matter.
